The location was awesome as a castle and a theatre were near to the hotel. Plus it was near to a coffee shop and eateries.

The venue is high-class and good quality with genuinely helpful staff. Offers exceptional service and good food.

Stunning, brilliant units provided with large walk-in shower, tea, for example. Great and amazing location in a great area near to a castle and a theatre.

This hotel is well-equipped with especially helpful employees on their customer service. It has a rooftop bar. Can't recommend highly enough this venue to all.

Perfect location for our visit to a National concert hall not too far from the hotel. Very nice area and stunningly beautiful views...

Absolutely fabulous accommodation with nice staff at all times. Great and brilliant location in an Arcade on the High Street in a downtown area. Lovely food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.  

Everything was second to none here, and the views were delightful. Tastefully decorated room, brand-new, had a luxurious bathroom. The staff was friendly efficient the entire time. The service was exceptional and the 

I was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant at the top floor. The location was incredible, very close to many shopping spots and dining options, the cafe next door and the centre 

1st class accommodation with friendly efficient staff members at all times. Central location to be expected in town centre. Very close to the capitol of Wales, concert venue, and all pubs clubs restaurants.  

The decor and attention to detail were amazing. The room had a great theme and all the little touches made it feel special. The shower was the best I've had in a hotel, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. 

Everything was good and met requests. The breakfast was savoury with a good choice of delicious food on offer. The hotel was in a brilliant location, in the city centre. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.
